The cost of delivery* is as follows:

Click and Collect Service

We offer a click and collect service which customers can select at point of purchase. When the goods are available instore, the customer will be notified by e-mail and the goods will be held for 14 days. When collecting the goods, a print-out of the notification email showing your order reference will be required. In the event of the notification email not being available, a valid form of identification such as a passport or driving licence will be accepted. Should you decide to send someone else to collect your order, they will need to present us with the notification email along with proof of identification and be prepared to sign for receipt of goods.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item or items to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Complete the returns form included with your order and indicate the reason for the return. On receipt of your parcel a refund will be issued (excluding the original delivery charge).

The item remains your responsibillity until it reaches us. It is therefore recommended that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Priory Sports accepts no responsibilty for the cost of returning the item.

Please Note

  • Items to be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
  • Include all labels and swing tags.
  • Include your returns form and indicate reason for return.
  • Only items purchased on the Priory Sports website can be returned to our store.
  • The cost of the item will be refunded to your card as soon as the returned item has been checked and found to be in order.
  • Items must be received by us within 28 days of the dispatch date.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged subject to availability. If an exchange is not available a refund will be given.
